@sadiejeansalas: My Full Hair Routine 🤍 These are the exact steps and products that helped repair my thin, damaged hair and bring it back to life. ⸻ Pre-Wash Routine Step 1: Apply JVN Pre-Wash Scalp Oil Treatment (or any scalp oil you like) throughout your scalp. Step 2: Lightly mist OGX Coconut Oil Weightless Hydrating Oil Mist through your mid-lengths and ends. Should be pretty saturated in the oil. Step 3: Massage your scalp for about 5 minutes to help stimulate circulation and support healthy hair growth. Step 4: Leave everything in for 15–30 minutes before getting in the shower. ⸻ Wash Routine (I personally wash every other day.) Step 1: Apply L’Oréal Bond Repair Pre-Shampoo Concentrate throughout your hair. Leave in for 5 minutes, then rinse. Step 2: Shampoo with one of these (focusing mainly on the scalp): • Biolage Scalp Sync Shampoo • Bondi Boost HG Shampoo • L’Oréal Bond Repair Shampoo Step 3: Shampoo again. I like to use two different shampoos in one wash so I can get the benefits of both but that’s totally up to you! Step 4: Apply Pantene Miracle Rescue Deep Repair Conditioner to mid-lengths and ends. Leave for 5 minutes, then rinse. Step 5: Apply L’Oréal 5-Minute Glossing Lamination Mask throughout the hair. Leave for 5 minutes, then rinse. ⸻ After-Shower Routine Step 1: Apply UNITE 7 Seconds Detangler through mid-lengths and ends. Step 2: Mix Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate Leave-In Treatment with a small amount of Verb Ghost Oil, then apply through mid-lengths and ends. Step 3: Brush the products through your hair evenly and style (I usually blow dry). Step 4: Finish with a small amount of Verb Ghost Oil on the ends for extra shine. ⸻ These are the exact products and steps that helped save my hair. Everyone’s hair is different, but I hope this routine helps you as much as it helped me. #thinhair #sadieshair #fineandthinhair #thinhairroutin #hairbreakagerepair
