🕷️🌭 Spider Hot Dogs! Easy Halloween Snack! 🎃 EASIEST Halloween party food or appetizier that looks like it took a lot of effort but didn’t! Only 3 ingredients too Ingredients * 1 pack croissant dough * 1 pack hot dogs * Candy eyes * Ketchup (to attach the eyes) Directions 1. Cut each hot dog in half, then cut each half in half again. 2. Make 3 slits on each side of each hot dog piece, cutting about ⅓ of the way in to create the spider legs. 3. Cut the croissant dough into strips. Place a strip in the middle of each hot dog piece and wrap it around the center. 4. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 375°F for about 10 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. 5. Use a little ketchup to attach the candy eyes. 🕷️ Spooky, cute, and delicious! Would you make these for Halloween? 🎃 #halloweenrecipes #EasyRecipes #spookyseason #halloweenideas #partyfood

Dementia scares most of us more than almost anything else. Yet, as Dr. Myles Spar highlights, research suggests that some of the most powerful tools against it are ones we already talk about regularly. A study out of NYU found that dementia can be delayed by as much as thirteen years through lifestyle factors alone. Not smoking. Keeping blood pressure in a healthy range. Avoiding diabetes. These aren't exotic interventions. They're the same fundamentals that come up again and again when we talk about heart health, longevity, and metabolic function. What the research makes clear is that the downstream effects of these habits run deeper than most of us realize. Keeping blood sugar under control, not smoking, eating in a way that supports healthy blood pressure — these choices aren't just protecting your heart. They may be buying you years of cognitive clarity too. The things we do consistently, quietly, over time — they add up in ways we don't always see coming.
