Dalam arahannya, Ilham mengatakan berbagai capaian tersebut menjadi bukti perkembangan Kaltara selama 14 tahun sekaligus hasil kerja bersama pemerintah dan masyarakat dalam membangun daerah di bawah kepemimpinan Gubernur Kaltara, Dr. H. Zainal A. Paliwang, S.H., M.Hum, dan Wakil Gubernur Kaltara, Ingkong Ala, S.E., M.Si. "Salah satu indikator yang menunjukkan perkembangan positif adalah pertumbuhan ekonomi Kaltara. Pada triwulan II, pertumbuhan ekonomi tercatat sebesar 4,96 persen secara year-on-year (yoy), kemudian meningkat menjadi 5,09 persen," katanya. Ia menjelaskan, pertumbuhan ekonomi pada kisaran 5 hingga 7 persen menunjukkan kondisi yang cukup baik dan menjadi modal penting untuk mendorong pembangunan serta meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Selain itu, Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) Kaltara juga tercatat mencapai 74,4. Capaian tersebut menjadi salah satu indikator perkembangan kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM) di daerah. Ilham juga menyampaikan bahwa Kaltara menempati peringkat kesembilan secara nasional dalam kategori demokrasi berkinerja tinggi _(high performance democracy)._ Tidak hanya itu, berdasarkan Indeks Kerukunan Umat Beragama (IKUB), Kaltara berhasil menempati peringkat pertama sebagai provinsi paling harmonis di Indonesia dengan skor 87,23. Di sektor ekonomi daerah, Ilham turut menyinggung pentingnya penguatan Badan Usaha Milik Daerah (BUMD). Menurutnya, Gubernur Kaltara memberikan dukungan terhadap pengembangan BUMD agar dapat berperan lebih optimal dalam mendorong aktivitas ekonomi daerah. Lebih jauh, ia menyebutkan, saat ini Kaltara memiliki dua BUMD dengan prospek pengembangan yang cukup besar. Sementara itu, dari sisi stabilitas harga, inflasi Kaltara tercatat sebesar 2,56 persen. Angka tersebut dinilai masih berada dalam kondisi terkendali. NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Today, Governor Bill Lee announced the appointment of Christopher Hansen as interim commissioner at the Tennessee Department of Correction (TDOC), effective immediately. Hansen will serve as interim commissioner while maintaining his current duties as assistant commissioner of community supervision. “Chris Hansen is a committed public servant with decades of experience in corrections and public safety,” said Gov. Lee. “His knowledge of the Tennessee Department of Correction makes him uniquely qualified to lead, and I am grateful for his willingness to serve Tennesseans during this transition.” Hansen currently oversees TDOC’s probation and parole operations, leading approximately 1,100 employees across the state. Since joining TCOC, he has led implementation of TN-STEPS, the Department’s statewide evidence-based community supervision model, and strengthened efforts to promote accountability, public safety, and successful reentry. Prior to joining TDOC in 2023, Hansen served as chief probation officer and director of the Solano County Probation Department in California and as chief United States probation officer for the District of Nevada. He also held leadership and public safety roles with the United States Probation Office in Florida, the University of South Florida Police Department, and the Florida Department of Corrections. Hansen earned a Doctor of Education in Justice Leadership from Nova Southeastern University, as well as master’s and bachelor’s degrees from the University of South Florida. Hansen’s wife was raised in Tennessee, and their family relocated to Mount Juliet in 2023 to be closer to family.
