They’re still in their soft opening, but the bakery already has TONS of yummy things to try. So how were the Mochi Pudding Buns? 👀 At room temperature: 7/10 After being refrigerated: 9/10!! 🙌 I honestly think these are going to start making their way into dim sum restaurants everywhere. They would be the PERFECT dessert after a big dim sum brunch! The light, refreshing pudding is so good after all that yummy, oily food, and the chewy mochi bun gives it such a fun texture.
