A new Sherman Oaks spot is in the works, and this one comes with some serious pedigree: a collab between the owner of Crema Sherman Oaks and Chef Ludo of Petit Trois. The owner, who also owns @crema.ShermanOaks, confirmed to us directly that they're opening in partnership with Chef Ludo, better known as Ludovic Lefebvre of Petit Trois. In their words:

The owner also commented on our page with a bit more detail: "It's going to be a parisian deli! We should be opening end of next month!" Funny enough, Petit Trois is right across the street from this spot, so Chef Ludo will basically be running two French kitchens within eyesight of each other. The official name is still being finalized, so we're holding off on that until it's locked in.
