I have had many appliances delivered brand new in the box. They took them out the box out side and brought it in and installed. I did measure the doors and the way to it ‘s destination to make sure it fits bc one time I did not and they took it back and I signed the paperwork stated it did not fit and need a refund and the delivery people never told the supervisor they could not deliver it and I did not receive my refund and I had to fight it to get it back. So always measure first and make sure what your delivery consists of first.

she was 100 percent wrong. its not his job to take the door off. if you wanted set up you pay for set up thats who takes the door off the setup crew there is a difference
