I did it for 3 year 6 days a week. i resigned 2 weeks ago. omo the feeling is heavenly. my work is 8 to 4pm or 9 to 5 with no weekend. sleeping on my bed is so good

I remember when I was doing night shifts every day and couldn’t sleep properly during the day. My hormones were completely disrupted, I had constant headaches, and my periods were on and off. I eventually had to see a private doctor, who advised me to stop doing nights and reduce the stress. Once I went back to normal day shifts, everything gradually returned to normal and I’ve been fine since. It really showed me how much working nights and lack of proper sleep can affect your body.
