Have you ever asked for the notes on your pip assessments? Mine noted I had false nails and dyed hair what they didn’t know is that I’d had them done at home by a friend who did them over a few days as I was poorly 😷 🤦🏼♀️

Whenever I put on a face full of makeup, I get so many comments about how much healthier I look and that I must be doing really well… no I’m still super sick I just have makeup on 😂
