Hello there, 8 weeks post op mpfl reconstruction surgery, how do you get the knee bending? I can't get past 70 degrees. The stiff and sharp pain 😭. (All the way from South Africa.)

it's been 4 days and I can just gradually bend my knee ... maybe 1/2 inch a day . is this normal????
