Boss please is not true. Two students from the same school one 15 with raw score 454and one had 19 with raw score 404. They selected the same SHS and Program. The one with grade 19 got OT first choice and The with grade 15 got KSTS.

first time 80%+ of the Students were placed in shs automatically. in 2024 less than 30% were place and the rest did self placement.

simple, drop the 1-9 grading and aggregate system. And just use total scores. show the total scores on the results so that its transparent. The aggregate system creates confusion.
