@gandismith: The Director’s Party was absolutely stunning — evening gowns, elevated vibes, and a celebration of those who’ve built travel offices of 100+ agents. The night was filled with incredible food, unlimited drinks, and music that kept the energy high. I was honored to accompany my Director and witness it firsthand. Crispy prosciutto, creamy Brie, sweet and spicy strawberry shishito pepper jelly from @Oishii, thinly sliced peaches, and arugula make for the perfect pairing. This sandwich is what I’ll be eating pool side for the remainder of the summer! Crispy prosciuttto - preheat your oven to 375 and layer the prosciutto on a sheet pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes until crispy. For the sandwich - baguette, spread a nice layer of the Oishii pepper jelly on one side, then add some nice thick slices of a creamy Brie, top with the cooked prosciutto, thinly sliced peaches, and some arugula tossed in a tiny bit of olive oil and black pepper.
