My sisters 401k was with Fidelity. They transferred her money into my account immediately - couldn’t have been easier or quicker. Was done in like a day

I’m sorry your loss. A better message is to name a beneficiary to your 401k. That’s why you’re having the issue.

Sounds like your dad didn’t have beneficiary’s set in his fEYEdelity account. I’m sorry you lost your dad. My dad’s health is declining. But this doesn’t sound like the problem was with fidelity.

Fidelity is super easy. The issue is either with the employer or there were no beneficiaries. Fidelity is definitely one of the easiest to work with.

It’s very hard to believe it . Fidelity has been nothing but amazing in everything. There was not beneficiary for sure , hance the problems .
