Same here in Norway. We work as a team. Doctors listened to nurses. Wlang feeling senior na nurses. Everybody are being respected either if you are new graduate or having a lot of experience. Dito na kayu sa Norway 🥰 specially if you are 🏳️🌈. Very safe

yes sa lahat ng course yan OJT need mo mag bayad para magkaroon ng expirence., ikaw yung nag papakihirap sa trabaho tapos ikaw pa mag babayad tapos ano babagsakan mo after OJT, mag uumpisa ka sa mababang sahod kahit napakamahal ng ginastos mo para sa OJT.

tito ko na RN sa Germany. noong nag-aaral palang siya, hindi na humihingi ng allowance sa parents or kapatid niya since yung mismong duty nila may bayad kaagad so siya na mismo nagpapa-aral sa sarili n'ya. then once grumaduate ka na, kung saang hospital ka nag duty noong nag-aaral ka pa, doon ka rin mismo mag w-work. unlike here sa PH, mahihirapan ka pang maghanap ng trabaho. doon, deretso na.
