But I want to be transparent… Recently, I’ve been struggling. I burnt myself out. I’ve still turned up every day, but turning up doesn’t always mean you’re firing on all cylinders. I’m running a business and working full-time, trying to be an active dad and show up properly at home, creating daily content which has basically become another full-time commitment, adding long-form YouTube videos AND trying to increase my cardio as I work towards Ironman Wales 2027. All while trying to come off Mounjaro and manage my nutrition without relying on it. I’ve simply tried to spin too many plates. And some have started dropping. 😂 My nutrition has slipped. My energy has dipped. I haven’t been able to give everything the attention I’d like. And that’s OK. Because discipline isn’t always about doing more. Sometimes it’s recognising that what you’re doing isn’t sustainable and making changes before you completely run yourself into the ground. Right now I’m catching up on sleep, rebuilding my energy and prioritising the things that matter most: ❤️ My family and home life 💼 The work that provides for us 😴 Sleep and recovery 🥗 Getting my nutrition back on track ⏰ Creating some actual space in my life But one little habit remains… I still move every day. Today, if you need a reset too, come and do these 9 minutes with me: 1️⃣ Lymphatic Hops 2️⃣ Body Waves 3️⃣ Trunk Twists 4️⃣ Arm Swings 5️⃣ Dead Arms 6️⃣ Golf Swings 7️⃣ Marches 8️⃣ Ballet Squats 9️⃣ Horse Stance ⏱️ 60 seconds each. Go at your own pace. Rest when you need to. You don’t have to smash every area of your life simultaneously. Sometimes showing up at 50% is still showing up. And after 444 days, I’m learning that knowing when to push and knowing when to recover are both part of the journey. 👇 Comment “DONE” if you joined me today and tell me what day you’re on. 📤 And share this with someone who needs reminding that they don’t have to do everything at once. ❤️💪
