@gj.sweetandsavoury: Masala Fried Fish Ingredients 600 gms Fish fillets (cut in strips) 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp Black pepper 1 tbsp garlic paste 1 tbsp chili flakes 1 tbsp coriander seeds crushed 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp Ajwain(carom seed) 2 tbsp Lemon juice 1 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder 4 tbsp Besan(chickpea flour) 2 tbsp Corn flour half cup water In a bowl, add fish,dry it properly,add all the mentioned spices coat the fish well and marinate.
