My brother worked in 7 WTC. He and his wife woke up late for work and my brother was stuck in traffic on the Brooklyn bridge and saw both planes hit.

i never really understood 9/11 growing up i knew it was such a horrible occurrence but this year something in me just completely snapped i can’t even look at a a video without my heart dropping and just start sobbing. it breaks my heart

They are the PASS device isn't for oxygen it goes off when they stop moving after about 30 seconds. When the towers collapse and you hear that sound it is soul crushing. incannot imagine how traumatic it was for other firefighters hearing this knowing what it was.

Погибло так же большое количество пожарных и свистки на их костюмах звенят, говоря о том, что человек погиб и лежит мертвый. Благодаря этим свисткам находили тела пожарных. 😳

All of the stories about the exit signs 🥺. It was so dark and there so much smoke people couldn’t find the exits. The signs were electrical and most were too high. Since 9/11 signs are photoluminescent and at ground level in buildings over 75 feet.

at times it's hard to conceptualize how many lives were taken that day.. hearing all those sensors go off gives you a small auditory example. there's so many, it starts to sound like they sync up.
