Just use a 1 gallon gas jug. They exist and are safer.

Volume and weight are not the same measurements. When we say gallon, we mean volume. The space occupied by the liquid. So regardless if its gas or milk, 1 gallon should be the same for both. Whether or not they are vastly different in weight, they should both fill the 1 gallon container. Gas companies are absolutely cheating people and I’m surprised no one realized it sooner. It must’ve been gradual. No way they just started doing this recently.

I filled my tank up. I usually get 375 miles and I got 275. They’re doing something with the gas.

They’re also keeping prices high on purpose when they know it should be cheaper, it should be down by now but they’re not lowering it.

Gas is measured by weight not volume because temperature changes the volume 🙄

I have a 20 gallon gas tank. If I pump 10 gallons that gauge better say half full. Or me and that gas station gonna have issues.

I mean... you could just look at what size fuel tank the car has and actually pay attention to how much it records and check the fuel gauge level.

Does no one pay attention 😭 is this the first time anyone is questioning why their 10 gallon gas tank somehow takes 18 gallons to fill up?? This has always happened
