Tonight’s dinner is **Slow Cooker French Onion Meatloaf** — because apparently regular meatloaf wasn’t comforting enough. 😂 We’re talking juicy meatloaf with Swiss cheese tucked INSIDE, slow cooked over onions, then topped with even more melty Swiss cheese and French onion soup. And yes… mashed potatoes and green beans are joining the meeting. Obviously. **THE SHOPPING LIST 🛒** - 1 yellow onion, sliced - 2 lbs ground beef - 1 envelope French onion soup mix - ¾ cup Italian breadcrumbs - 2 large eggs - ¾ cup milk - 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce - 8 slices Swiss cheese, divided - 1 (10.5 oz) can French onion soup concentrate **LET’S MAKE IT 👇** 1. Place sliced onion in the bottom of your slow cooker. 2. In a large bowl, gently combine ground beef, French onion soup mix, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, and Worcestershire sauce. Don’t overmix! 3. Cube 4 slices of Swiss cheese and gently fold them into the meat mixture. 4. Form the mixture into a loaf and place it on top of the onions. 5. Pour the French onion soup concentrate over the top. 6. Cover and cook on **LOW for 6–7 hours**, or until cooked through. 7. About 20 minutes before serving, place the remaining Swiss cheese slices over the top. Cover until melted. 8.
