I was Republican before Trumps first term but knew he was the absolute worst thing for America and here we are, so sad so many of us are being discriminated against because of our beliefs or simply because the color of our skin

I know a Sikh man such as him would never take pleasure in what happened to his murderer… but I can. Frank Roque was arrested the next day after the shooting and convicted of first degree murder and sentenced to death (later reduced to life imprisonment). He was convicted of two more felonies for acts while in prison through the years, finally dying 19 years later. I have no way of proving this unfortunately, but I know from firsthand accounts that he was not a tough man in prison and was quite popular with the more, ahem, “aggressive” inmates during his stay. It was known that he had problems sitting down the rest of his life and died missing quite a few teeth. I don’t want to sour a beautiful tribute to a man such as Sodhi with mentioning the filth that took him away, but I personally take comfort in knowing how bad Roque’s life was until the end.
