Sadly i relate to this with my son. Every time i asked for proof of clean he went ghost. Now apparently he got locked up 🤣 makes since why this time was longer of a ghost phase

Same scenario but roles are flipped, she been gone out of his life for 4 yrs and all the sudden we got papers served to us, she wants full custody and child support, kicked the kid and my now husband out when the kid was just 6 months old, in and out of his life for the first 3 yrs of his life then just nothing after that.

honestly this was probably my dad. love him to death and glad he sober and can watch his granddaughter grow up since he couldnt watch me grow up and my mom was dead. im not a church goer but I thank God he can atleast make mends with my daughter

He asked to see her, I told him bring a drug test with him, he stalled for 6 hours then showed up with it. I took the test told him it’s to late now you can take this next time. He hasn’t been back😅
