Many data centers will be cancelled as the AI bubble is about to burst. Many are financed by borrowed 0% rate Yen by carry trade but as interest if Yen are increasing fast the non profitable AI biz is facing many challenges aside copyrights law suits. Just appeal as much as possible and the data center won't be needed anymore.

well that's ridiculous because the water table is the water table and it's under the ground not the 11 acres on top of the ground and let's just say you were going to drill 10 Wells each well would simply require about 10 ft so what are the 11 acres actually for when the water table is the water table and it resides where it resides below the ground and by the way the water belongs to the public of the United States not just Virginia because the water table is the water table
