Hezealdean is exactly the same. They even refuse to give CCTV to the Police. They told me they need court order for CCTV. I was under the impression that court order is for phone records and bank statements Iyoh. VA is not taking this matter serious at all and I think is intentional

Centurion seems to be hot spot for this thing. Same thing happened to us inside Nando’s at Jean crossing. And yes Nando’s refused to give us the footage.

I left VA for that same reason. A lady stole my phone from a machine after using it… reported to staff & they searched cemeras & said they can’t share the video or her details, they have to protect their clients, I wonder what I was🤷🏽♀️! They laughed and called each other to look because they knew the lady and she was old… tracked my phone and unfortunately for the thief, she went home in Soweto so I was finally able to track a physical address and opened a case. Only then VA called the lady and told her I have a physical address and asked to go drop it off at VA Southgate 🤢🤢.

it's all Virgin Active Gyms, one of my husband's friend left his phone and his work phone In a locker at Balitto VA and they broke in and stole both, they were able to steal over 100k from his bank account!
