Its still a limited character! why are people mad? and we also get 20 free pulls and a standard character (mizuki and qiqi are now meta btw). Instead of hating for no QoL we have for free stuff? and still these characters are not even bad. Clorinde is still good, Varesa is still top, Baizhu is a good healer and shielder to have, Nilou if you have lauma shes good, Childe(I guess we gonna wait until the liyue buffs) and chiori is still a good sub dps for many geo carry. Also if you like the character is enough of a reason! Its free and you get his mats until lvl 60!
