I travel internationally three times a year and RIU actually does have some good hotels. I recently stayed at the RIU Palace in the Maldives, That was wonderful. Their Aruba hotel and their Puerto Vallarta hotel are really nice too.

Girl yes! I just left moon palace Ocho Rios 5 days which doesn’t have the finest rooms but nice. Then rode 3 hours to Riu Negril. I genuinely thought we were there to do mission work. It was like a Jamaican Ramada. Never ever again!

I’ve stayed at both luxury and RIU’s, I LOVE my RIU, it’s a whole party, the luxury’s I’ve stayed at be sooo nice but soooo gah damn boring

I finally found where I belong! Stayed at a RIU for my first AI when I was 20 & lemme tell you I was horrified. When we got married my hubby was in charge of the honeymoon I told him zero AI (he was looking at one of the Excellences in Mexico toooo) I thought they were all trash 😩😂 I was like I absolutely will not be eating at the buffet on my honeymoon lol
