I cooking it right now 😂what a coincidence..different methods but yeah freekeh🇸🇾I don’t soak it..but toast it with good amount of ghee or lamb tail fat..10 min..then cook it in meats broth..in the last minutes I add some peas 🫛try it some time 🥰

That looks amazing, I've saved it to try and make it at a later date. I'm curious though, is that a Halloween top the quick look I got it looked like ghosts and pumpkins, I'm probably so very wrong though coz I need another eye test.
