@lisasaraa: DON’T FRY POTATOES LIKE THIS… UNTIL YOU TRY THIS RECIPE! 🤯🥔🔥 🥔 Crispy Potato Sticks 🇺🇸📝 Ingredients: * 5–6 potatoes * Salt, to taste * 1 tsp paprika * Black pepper, to taste * Mixed peppers, to taste * 3 tbsp starch * Vegetable oil, for frying 👩‍🍳 Instructions: 1. Peel the potatoes, cut them into large pieces, and boil them in salted water until completely tender. 2. Drain all the water and mash the potatoes until smooth. 3. Add salt, paprika, black pepper, mixed peppers, and 3 tablespoons of starch. 4. Mix everything well until you have a smooth potato mixture. 5. Place the mashed potato mixture onto a sheet of parchment paper and cover it with another sheet of parchment paper. 6. Using a rolling pin, roll the mixture into an even layer. 7. Remove the top sheet of parchment paper and cut the potato layer into long strips. 8. Heat enough vegetable oil in a frying pan. 9. Fry the potato strips until golden and crispy on all sides. 🔥🥔 10. Serve hot with your favorite sauce! 😍 Crispy on the outside and soft and tender on the inside! 🤤🔥 #CrispyPotatoSticks #PotatoRecipe #EasyRecipe #PotatoLovers #CrispyPotatoes
