🚨 SERIOUS CONSUMER COMPLAINT — CHI ACTIVE I am deeply disappointed and concerned about an incident involving a bottle of Chi Active juice that we recently purchased. After opening the product, we discovered what appears to be dirty/foreign material inside the juice. This is extremely disturbing and raises serious concerns about the product’s hygiene, quality control, manufacturing, and safety standards. A product intended for human consumption should not contain anything that appears dirty or foreign. Consumers trust food and beverage companies to maintain strict hygiene and quality-control standards throughout the production, packaging, and distribution process. We have preserved the product and are sharing the attached photographs as evidence of what we found. @Chi Active / Chi Limited, we would like a clear explanation regarding how this could happen and what steps you intend to take to investigate this particular product. This is not simply about the cost of one bottle of juice. It is about consumer safety and the trust people place in your products. I am bringing this matter to your attention publicly because I believe consumers deserve transparency and accountability when something like this happens. What got me so angry was the response one of the sales rep gave to us, when we were complaining, in his voice, he said they should give us another juice pack, Kia 😩. Please investigate this matter seriously and provide an appropriate response.
