We need more artist to speak about this!!! I just had a conversation last night with my co worker about this issue and I always make sure to let my clients know that it’s okay to change the design and it’s okay to move the placement until you’re happy with it! I ALWAYS say at the end of the day yes, even though I designed this for you, you’re paying for it, you’re wearing it forever, it’s YOUR tattoo!
