She spotted a 2001 Toyota Camry pointed the wrong way in the left lane of Route 33 West. Right then, she radioed her spot to dispatch. She flipped on her emergency lights. She pulled over the car. The driver turned right onto Thomas Avenue. Then, the car rolled the wrong way down a one-way street. Orbin stepped out and approached the Toyota's driver, named Shivaani.
