I dealt with hfmd when I brought my newborn home from the NICU. Use gloves anytime you touch your kids mainly when you change their bits and watch you hand when finished I just made them baths very often and I let them have anything that was really cold because they couldn’t eat due to the blisters and the cold really helps. HFMD is literally the most contagious thing I have ever felt with I hope things get better momma

Also don’t forget to bleach all of their toys!! That is a biggy because that’s how my kids transferred the HFMD is through toys
