The higher the merv, the harder your unit will have to work, and most hvac companies recommend lower merv with more frequent changing. I’ve heard it described as trying to breathe through a super thick mask. I’ve been told super high merv will make unit work super hard and freeze up. 🤷🏻♀️I used to use merv 13. Now I use merv 8 and change it more frequently.

o that filter must have been disgusting! the new nutter butters are also gross not a fan anymore. But, im okay with the new recipes for premade cookies I dont want as many anymore lol
