📌 If you’re “holding it together” but barely… this is for you. Survival mode doesn’t always look like falling apart. Sometimes it looks like: 1. Hitting snooze over and over because you’re already exhausted before the day starts. 2. Putting off simple things because even the smallest task feels overwhelming. 3. Letting the laundry or dishes pile up because you spend your days taking care of everyone else. 4. Grabbing whatever is easiest to eat because you don’t have the energy to think about one more thing. 5. Ignoring texts even from people you love because responding feels like another task. 6. Scrolling for hours because your brain desperately wants to shut off. 7. Feeling exhausted even on your days off because one or two days never feels like enough to recover. 8. Looking at everyone else and wondering how they seem to have it all together. 9. Losing interest in things you used to enjoy because you’re always either working, recovering from work, or preparing to go back. 10. Sitting in your car before or after a shift just to have a few minutes where nobody needs anything from you. 11. Sleeping too much or not being able to sleep at all even though you’re exhausted. 12. Quietly wondering, “Can I really keep doing this for another 10 or 15 years?” If you read that and thought, “That’s me,” I understand. I’ve spent over 20 years in nursing. Long shifts. Weekends. Holidays. Missing time with my family while taking care of everyone else. And somewhere along the way, I realized: I didn’t need another job. I needed another option. That’s what led me to digital products. I started learning how to leverage digital products and social media to build something online alongside nursing. No inventory. No shipping. And I didn’t have experience when I started. That’s why I created my beginner-friendly guide to walk you through the steps of getting started with digital products without having to figure everything out on your own. If you’re a healthcare worker or mom who knows you want more options, more flexibility, and something of your own outside of the shifts, this page is for you. ➡️ Comment GUIDE and I’ll send you the step-by-step guide to leverage digital products or you can simply click the l-i-n-k in my bio to access the guide. Follow along for more about building income and options outside of nursing
