Hi has Jack ever been on guanfacine for his Tourette’s ? They want to put my son on it for his tics but I’m unsure of what it’s like x

I used to be on risperidone and melatonin as a child. I used to think the melatonin tasted nice 😂 eventually helped me sleep once on the right dosage. Risperidone didn’t really help (I know it’s not a sleep med) and tasted vile 😂 but hopefully his new medication is positive 🫶🏻

I’m scared of medications, I work full time and can’t afford to be feeling sedated also have health anxiety so I worry too much about the side effects, hope it helps him though will be interesting to see x
