The last one is true, as all visions are powered subconsciously by the archons. Ei was never taught this from her twin sister so doesn't know this. All vision stories are tied to different specific memories of the authority holders

Ok heres the difference between the Abyss and the Abyss Order: Abyss = a cosmic force representing the end or finality. It has destroyed countless worlds outside of Teyvat, including the twins original world. Other worlds have tried to combat it or at least warn others about it, but so far it has not been stopped. Abyss Order = A faction exclusive to Teyvat, formed by a Khaenrian known as Clothar Albereich following the destruction of Khaenri’ah. He believed the Abyss held more power than the Archons and praised the sinners as deities. The abyss twin joined this faction after witnessing the events that led to its creation.

The last one is actually true but not the way you think. Archons actually don't give visions, visions are little portions of the element authority wich was given to the archons so the visions come from them but they don't give it themselves. Neuvillette is an exception cause he has full understanding of Hydro authority since hé is a dragon, so he is able to give a vision to anyone

The Moon Sisters weren't exactly forced to "serve" Phanes. Phanes for the mostpart generally just ignored their existence. It's more like they were pacifistic because they knew they could fight neither Phanes nor the Abyss. It's more resignation than anything.

Natlan was attacked by the Abyss Order sometimes after their war with the Abyss itself ended, and the end result was that they curbstomped because the abyss was far weaker than the opponent they just recently defeated

From my understanding, while Archons do not grant the visions themselves, nor know who’s getting the vision, they do choose to give portions of their power when “prompted”(this is the best way I can explain) while Celestia gives the vision to its new holder. This is how there were no electro visions given out during the vision hunt decree. (Please correct me if I’m completely wrong!! Be nice about it though.)

Outlanders aren't exactly "immune" to fate, but they can still disrupt it to an extent. For instance Hyperborea was fated to be destroyed long before Voyager even arrived. But after Voyager came and started a rebellion, they were able to delay their destruction by 30 years. It's why Alice asked Skirk to kindly not interfere with any of Teyvat's politics.
