I got screwed out of the twice as nice guarantee. The cashier told be that I get a refund and the same product again for free. I said.. I didn't like it, why would I want another one? Then a different employee told me that I could get any product of the same value. That's what I told the cashier, but he said I was wrong. When the other employee explained it he said I didn't have a twice as nice product, even though I had just told him that it was. I told you.. look at the box. Him but knowing how it worked, screwed me. I asked.. can it be fixed? The cashier said, I already did the refund. They did not offer to correct it.
