On windows 11 it mostly just means that smt is starting in the backround, should only happen when u just started ur pc (its related to auto-start apps in task manager)

This is regular windows 11 background updates no need for a full reinstall or wtv anyone yapping ab. You’ll know if you got actual malware or a virus lol, I learned the hard way.
