They came out crispy edged and puffed in the middle almost like a pastry! I tried it with both vanilla and strawberry and the vanilla was better but both still yummy. Maybe I'll add more strawberry flavor to the strawberry protein. I'll try chocolate tomorrow but really want peanut butter waffles and need to order that protein powder flavor! I love these protein powders as they are made from grass fed beef protein and not whey which can spike a lot of people too. Plus if you use almond milk instead of heavy cream, these are dairy free! Here's how I made it: 1 scoop @equipfoods vanilla protein powder [discount code KETONINFEM] 1 tbsp melted butter 2 tablespoons heavy cream 1/4 tsp baking powder 2 teaspoons or packets @wholeearthsweetener 1 large egg 1/4 tsp @redmondrealsalt [discount code KETONINFEM] @oooflavors 3 drops pancake flavor, 3 drops french toast or maple flavor [discount code KETONINFEM-10] Mix all the wet ingredients, then add the dry while your @bydash waffle maker heats up. Spoon in 2 tablespoons mix and cook until golden. Much more than that WILL overflow. The waffles are soft when you take them out but crisp within 40 seconds.
