@everylatch: Formula is totally necessary and needed sometimes but if the goal is to be exclusively breastfeed, working with an LC to get off a triple feeding plan is what is going to help you the most. I hear in the hospital so many families say well there’s no harm in letting them do what they want at breast and then topping off. If there is minimal stimulation at breast, it’s not enough for the body to register that more milk is needed. Questions??
