We were driving by the Colorado Street Bridge, my son was around 5. He saw someone "jump" from the bridge. To this day, we all call it the spooky bridge.

Ortega gives me the creeps. Camping out there always seems a bit eerie. Heard so many stories of Blackstar Canyon. I hear there are ghost hunting trips that go out there.

I was in a car at Calico. We were going home, and I saw a grey prospector cross this back road about 9:30, right in front of our car. I freaked out but my family saw nothing. It just vanished. (1980's)

They do haunted walks in Blackstar. I wanna go sometime. I’ve seen the guy there when I walk there but never signed up for one of those tours. I did drive it from the top down to the bottom, but you need a key to get in and out, so it’s not an open driving road.
