Menopause is a one time event, 12+ months with no menstrual cycle. Perimenopause is everything that comes as we lose hormones before that year.

As someone who works in fertility, these comments are killing me 😵💫 no one is “too young” to go through menopause. You are born with as many eggs as you will have in your lifetime and once your supply drops low enough, that’s it! I have patients 30 years old who are menopausal and need to use donor eggs to have a baby. Please do your research!
