Serve him an eviction notice. Call police to arrest him- hopefully he’ll be in jail for most of the 30 days but if not let him stay until the day noted then if he doesn’t leave you can have the law remove him

This has to be fake first off if he has a warrant then he should be getting arrested to begin with second of all his name is not on the lease so yes he can get kicked out asap

If he’s a minor and this is her child until she signs off on him, he can do whatever he wants. I had a brother who busted down the door and the cops made me leave that night because he lived there so there was nothing I could do my parents had to basically divorce him.
