i don't know if it's intentional or not, or if gege really had that in mind, but the way kenjaku lived, kenjaku was by far the saddest man alive, why? well his cursed technique of course, sure he may bypass death, but at some point, when was the last time he was himself? he died centuries ago, but now he's a husk being piloted by what's left of them, by what's left of IT, so afraid to die, so eager to do everything and to live to the fullest extent of humanity, it forgot how to live, it forgot who they were, no wonder he says "that's just one of my many names" and not correct with his real name, what assurance we have that kenjaku is really their name? none, neither they have, they hated tengen so much, because even in a half cursed form, tengen was far more human than kenjaku ever wished to be, tengen was more alive and sound than them, logically, the problem was that nobody else was like them, so the answer was to advance humankind to a higher state of being, something not quite human, nor quite curse, something like kenjaku. but then again, this is prolly just headcannon🥀

Good times when Kenjaku used to be my only obsession. unfortunately I found a new one and well I don't have anyone to talk to about jjk anymore. I have some bad experiences with a few friends who were into jjk so now I'm by myself :( still love Ken as a character though, he's a great villain and great edit for him. to this day I think he must've been so lonely he slowly lost his mind. isolation isn't a joke, I'd know. fire edit keep it up and thanks for blessing my page and reminding me of kenjaku even just a little bit 😁
