@thegijoel: Vegeta’s entire story in Dragon Ball is built around pride, rivalry, and the need to prove he is stronger than Goku. This Vegeta character analysis explores Saiyan pride, insecurity, identity, fatherhood, redemption, and why his obsession with surpassing Goku slowly becomes something deeper. Vegeta’s greatest character development isn’t becoming stronger. It’s realizing his worth was never dependent on being the strongest.#vegeta #goku #dbz @Crunchyroll

I used to love Goku in DBZ as a kid, but I can relate a lot to Vegeta as an adult. DBZ wasn’t just a foundation for my love of anime, but it was also so layered. 🥰🥰🥰

Vegeta resonates with a lot of people because we are all struggling. We are all Vegeta. We are imperfect. But we can change. We can find personal growth. We witness so much personal growth in Vegeta that we see ourselves in him. Goku is too good. He’s a saint by all standards. We are not saints. We are flawed but constantly growing. We are Vegeta

Vegeta explained it very well in Resurrection F when Frieza offered him a job and the chance to get rid of Goku. Obviously Vegeta told him to stuff it and kicked his ass, but he also said that Kakarot is a motivator, their rivalry pushes him to reach for new heights. He knows that he wouldn't be where he is without Goku, he's literally achieved the power of a god. Vegeta did the work himself, but Goku is the one who motivates him.
