@ziggysrefuge: Moko is a disabled sheep whose ears and back feet fell off from frostbite after being born on a meat farm. Eight years ago, we rescued Moko and his sister, Jumbie. From the moment Moko came into our lives, I made him a promise: I would protect him and do everything I possibly could to give him the greatest life imaginable. Eight years later, Moko is immobile. But that has never changed my promise to him. I will continue to do everything I can to give him everything he needs. And one of the most important things Moko needs? Constant cuddles. Love. Affection. Connection. And honestly, he’s not the only one who needs it. The love and affection Moko gives me breathes life back into me. ❤️ He is one of the most beautiful souls I have ever known, and we absolutely cherish every single second we get to spend with him. Moko’s life is proof that disability does not make a life less valuable. His life matters. His happiness matters. His comfort matters. His ability to feel safe, loved and cherished matters.
