My new podcast “Menace To Sobriety” is now live. Firstly I want to say thank you to @KirkJohnNorcross its was very hard of for him to talk about a lot of the stuff we did, we have reconnected through sobriety and talk most days, I asked him to come on first because of how passionate he is about helping people with addiction and mental health issues. Thank you for laying it all bare, the deep stuff and the weird strange mental sesh stuff. I think this podcast really is somthing special, its raw emotion, its deep, personal and hard hitting. It’s no holds barred, its a real look at mental health and drink and drug abuse, somthing ive battled with and think is a real issue. I'm not going to lie tho, its funny too, I don’t hold back at all, neither do my guests, its not normally how people in my industry talk about things, especially drug use. I truly believe, given who I am, what I do, the type of audience I have and the platform I have built, I can really change some lives buy show casing inspiring people and relating their journeys to your own in this unique raw way. My vision on this is to have a fun, no holds barred, honest look at all struggles, sobriety, drink and drug culture and mental health, its deep and informative, I think its just perfect. In this episode I talk about addiction and men's mental health wirth ex-Towie star Kirk Norcross, honestly, and sometimes brutally, about his own journey to sobriety. Kirk begins by talking about how the two met back in their “sesh” days, the beginnings of his TV career, including the real reasons why he quit as well as the truth about his dad’s suicide and how this led to a crippling drug addiction ending in psychosis. Please come this journey with me we cover lots of things not just sobriety, its perfect for your your commute to just listen to or to wack on the telly. Ive already filmed season one and they will be dropping every Monday moving forward. #mentalhealthmatters #MentalHealth #fyp #wellbeing #sobriety #sober #soberlife #funny
