@talisha.dance.fitness: ⚠️ Warning: This is a very long heartfelt message—but it comes straight from my heart. So if you have a minute, please stay with me. ❤️ As instructors, there is SO much going through our minds during class… 🧠💭 What’s the next song? What’s the choreo? Am I cueing enough? Are they following? Do I need to take the energy UP? Bring it down? Who needs a little extra encouragement? 😂 Sometimes we’re so busy leading the room that we forget to actually SEE the room. Today, I had a moment where I stepped back, looked out at everyone, and just… took it all in. And I literally teared up. 🥹❤️ I saw COMMUNITY. I saw CONNECTION. I saw people letting go. I saw confidence. I saw JOY. And I felt so incredibly PROUD. Proud of you for showing up — especially that early 😂 Proud of you for allowing yourself to release whatever you walked in carrying. Proud of where you started and how far you’ve come. Proud of you for fighting through those negative thoughts that sometimes tell you that you can’t. Proud of you for becoming more confident in your own skin. Proud of YOUR journey. ❤️ One of the greatest gifts of being an instructor is getting a front-row seat to people accomplishing things they once didn’t think they could do — and getting to be the person on the sidelines saying, “KEEP GOING! YOU GOT THIS!” I may be the instructor, but you all inspire me more than you probably realize. Zumba and this community have truly changed my life.
