Love your takes on your family history and its ties to current behavior. Would love your take on shopping and returning. Do you have a strategy for shopping while you’re away?

My fav activity is to build my cart then close the app/site. I usually forget about it in no time.

Amazing Idea to Journal about your online shopping cart and wishlists. I go back and edit my cart and lists and analyze the whys. I remember about 50% of the reasons why I needed the item. Journaling brings out more understanding of my underlying motivations versus the in the moment pondering. I am not honest with myself as I’m shopping. Thank you for this idea!!!

I just loaded a cart full of Indian face sunscreen. Ack! I’m hunting for face sunscreen that doesn’t burn my eyes when I swim or do anything. The one I use is Elta md tinted and it’s just sooo expensive that it pains me every time I buy it!
