@makaylaamerie: We named our son Murphy after Cooper’s daughter in the film Interstellar. One of you tagged me in a woman’s comment who also named her child Murphy after the film. She went on to explain that in the movie, Cooper tells his daughter Murphy that Murphy’s Law means, “Whatever can happen, will happen.” And that she chose the name after struggling with infertility and going through IVF. After walking the same road, reading that comment brought up so much emotion because against all odds, Murphy happened for us too. Our little miracle baby.
