Ganyan din ako eh kasi ang hirap basahin ng avoidant person, as a anxious person sobrang hirap gusto ko mapalapit sakanya pero pag feel nya na too much close na nappressure ang mga avoidant, that’s why I set a boundary para respect ko saknya and also respect ko rin sa sarili ko. But the time goes by she learned how to leave her comfort zone because of me, she became more happy and I saw her smiling and laughing genuinely without pressuring her. And until now kami parin she became strong person because she come out to her shell and I’m also happy cause she’s happy.

As an avoidant experienced iniimagine ko na ano kaya feeling ng may magmahal sayo feeling ng may nagkakagusto pero kapag napalapit na kayo sa isat isa don naman ako napapangitan yung ayuko kona makipag usap ang lala kasi ng Trust Issue ko tapos NBSB pa. Yung may connection na kayo sa isat isa pero ikaw naman ang gustong lumayo kasi nawawalan kana ng gana as me gusto ko lang talaga is friend lang

As an avoidant person, oo mahirap kami mahalin. We valued ourselves more than anyone. But maybe knocking won't hurt you...lumalambot naman kasi ang puso ng iba once na makuha mo yung tiwala and maging comfy kami. It's not easy, pero kung talagang mahal mo diba?
