As a manager whenever a costumer aggressively honks their horn an excessive amount or when they sit on the window /speaker and repeatedly say hello or yo multiple times in a short period of time I will purposefully ignore them longer. Had a costumer today that seen me talking to another costumer at the window because they had questions and still was yelling/shouting at the speaker going “helloooo” “is anyone there” “hellllooooooo” “are you guys closed”. Keep in mind it’s 630 and there was cars served before and after her….
